We’ve been working really hard recently to upgrade our AmuNation app. Our next major release will come in Q1 in 2023 but we will continue to update tasks and allow our community to earn rewards.
Now that sales have resumed, (they were paused while we analysed the situation regarding the FTX scandal), we’ve included some recurring staking tasks that will benefit our users, our platform and our community.
This short blog post is just an explainer into these tasks and how you can earn AmuPoints by staking into Amulet as a bonus to the already high APY % that staking has to offer through our protocol.
What are staking tasks?
If you are an AmuNation user (amunation.amulet.org), you can earn high rewards for activity and contributions towards Amulet. It’s a gamified campaign that incentivises our community to interact with us on a daily basis.
These tasks can vary from liking posts on Linkedin, Retweeting specific news to creating your own TikTok explainers. The major recent upgrade was the introduction of staking tasks.
Staking on Amulet is already an enticing offer – high returns due to our APY%. Now, we’ve created an opportunity to earn AmuPoints at the same time so that you can earn our MetaBear NFTs.
How do Staking Tasks work?
As you can see from the image above, there are three one-time actions for each AmuNation user to complete. Once a user completes these tasks, they will earn AmuPoints as a reward.
The user will need to stake the exact amount that the task states (so in the example on this blog, 13.82 $aUWT) to receive their reward. Staking less or more will invalidate this task so you MUST stake the EXACT amount stated on your app.
Data will be verified on-chain, 12 hours after completing the task, and users will automatically be granted their deserved points.
On top of this, there is an additional action that will pop up and regenerate weekly. This allows our users to top-up their staking (to earn even more % APY) while also being rewarded with even more AmuPoints. More AmuPoints = Higher chance of earning our Gold MetaBears.
There is also an additional bonus for stakers! Once all actions have been completed correctly and the user keeps their assets staked for a minimum of 30 days, users will receive 100 AmuPoints for each aUWT that they have staked. This should provide extra incentive to keep your aUWT staked into Amulet.
Finally, if a user deposits more than required within the task, they will receive the same bonus in monthly staking rewards for each aUWT staked. These will be rewarded monthly at the end of each calendar month.
Any user who completes these tasks and unstakes before the 30 days will lose their monthly additional bonus
