What we’ll do is try and get through as many of the questions we can some of the questions, unfortunately, due to Rupert and Jimmy not being here today, they might have to be postponed to answer until next time. But we should probably be able to cover as much as we can, if that sounds good with you two?

Awesome. And what what I’ll do anyway, just to keep a bit of consistency, and we always have new people that join is just a brief introduction of ourselves. So I’ll start that. So I’m Rob I in charge of the marketing at Amulet. So a lot of the stuff you see comes from me, my background is in web2 and web3, building projects and communities. None have ever been as good as the AmuNation. So we’re building the best community here. My background is I actually am from a I’ve got a law degree, and then I went to sales. And that’s how I got into marketing. I’m a bit of an unconventional marketer, I always think of ideas outside of the box. I’ll hand over to you, Martin.

On on the amulet protocol, very quick background working for for last 10 or 15 years in the companies like Coca Cola, Xerox and for for blockchain almost day one or day two on the Solana and in last five or six years on the on the blockchain solutions then. Sure. Okay. Well, this is Shin here for those who doesn’t know me. So I’m the basic, I’m the tech guy. So I might be the most frequently tech guy in this channel anyways. But thanks for the team to help me out. So my background actually I work across like, financial companies like investment banks, like Barclays, as well as Citibank. And also have like experience in the traditional IT companies like IBM as well as NEC. So I will be mostly doing the software development job as well as I mean, project management perspective. So I mean, on the tech side of serve, like, say, the landing page, as well as that. So that will be I mean, efforts from the our tech team. So yeah, that’s about it. Yeah, and

The other people we have on the team that are missing today, but you will meet as Rupert who’s unfortunately, unwell today, he’s our project lead. He’s been an entrepreneur, probably for the last 15. Well, he HAS been for the last 15 years, very successfully, he just come out of a FinTech company called Pink. And he’s he’s, he’s amazing. And we’ve also got Jimmy who’s in charge of products and he works out a lot of the fundamentals, especially with regards to PCR protocol control reserve that Jimmy is the guy when it comes to product and business development, and he was a former atuary, and we’ve also Hakon who none of you have met yet. But you will have seen him in pictures. He is going to be helping us with our business development. And yeah, so he’s, he’s going to start off as an intern, but he will not be joining today will be joining the next one, which he will get to introduce his background a little bit more as well, and he’s from Norway. So what I’ll do is move on to the questions, I’ll try and cover as much as we can. And I’m just going to do it in order. I’ve not done it like last time, because it’s a bit easier this time, we have less questions coming in. But the first one I will ask, and that’s myself, and then maybe, yeah, I think I should just be able to cover it, which is what new partnerships will there be, maybe we’ll be some cooperation with WellStar. Thank you. So one of the big reasons we went to token249 last week was, it was a great opportunity to meet people, we’ve also got a side event going with current partners hackon and balancer this week. And that’s for the same reason to constantly network to constantly find the right partnerships, we don’t want to just, we want to work with companies with substance in there. So when it comes to the partnership, it’s got to be right for our business, it’s gonna be great for their business. And it’s going to be right for you guys in the community and our users overall, as well. So there’s a variety of different partnerships that we do. Some of you will have seen this. In fact, you already invested this morning, because we did a marketing partnership with JPool one. And there was a bit of confusion. But what was really cool was to see the power of the AmuNation, because they were also not expecting to receive as many new members within their Discord server that came in, I think within under an hour, they’d already got 500 of you guys giving with this special promotion, we’ve got this for the next two days with them. So you’ve just proven our value as a as a project as well and how strong our community is to to have more exciting marketing partnerships. There will also be partnerships for obviously people that want to list on our app, to say that they could buy covers and there’s, there’s going to be whales, there’s going to be loads of different partnerships. And that’s one of the reasons Hakon has come in to help Ru and Jimmy in particular, on finalising those partnerships and making sure that they’re right for everyone. I don’t know if either of you to have anything else to add there. No, it’s not really a nice to have your your views, but just let me know if you do. So the next question is to do a tokenomics, we get this question quite a lot. I’m going to answer what I know, briefly, this might have to be recovered. Again, that’s something we’ve got Jimmy. But right now, we do plan on launching a token, but we don’t have a date in mind. With market being a bear market, we don’t think it’s the right time. And that’s why we have our NFTs and we have a lot of awards out there to keep you guys invested in as well. We don’t have tokenomics at the moment. It’s all well and good rushing through a token Amick plan or releasing a token, but not if it’s going to just drop in price straightaway. Things are gonna go right. I don’t know if you have anything there that you might be able to action. Oh, no. Yeah, well covered, Pretty much covered on that one. So we will give that news when we have it. But right now it’s very difficult to answer but Jimmy will be able to cover that a bit more than two weeks time. This one, I think I’m gonna need your help. And if you know, the question is, is the ratio of Auwt to SOL a constant one on one I assume it is. But why do we have a derogative or solid instead of using sold directly? I know it might be more Jimmy’s forte, but I don’t know you might be able to help there.

So actually, there’s a good question. So I mean for auwt. So the price won’t be a one I mean you won’t be packed as a one to one. So, auwt will basically I mean if you look at our I mean token structure, we will have to liquidity to liquidity staking token Why is the empty so the other is auwt. So basically, these are representing the I mean the your stake in our platform on a different perspective. So empty so basically represents your staking the POS layer, there’ll be the proof of stake layer where we are going to delegate the underlying so to the validators also nallah, which will be earning 6% of you basically around based on our latest one is almost around 7% yield per epoch that’s around like two to three days. I mean, when you do the annualised calculation, so if you’re familiar with them, so and as data from Lido, so that’s equivalent to what they’re doing behind the thing. And then for auwt, so, you will be another layer where represents our mean your stake in the underwriting part. So basically that means your token will be taken to you’ll be used to underwrite our common pool to provide capacity for our partner list listed protocols or partner projects. So, yep, so, for the auwt, which will entitle you for the what we call the basic revenue sharing scheme. So you will be earning part of the premium income generated from the cover sells so So, in that sense, so AMTSOL, so we’ll keep appreciating against SOL that means for the initial stage it will be one to one. But going forward, you slowly will see the price of empty, so gross. So the same applies to a yo wt. I mean, that just mean a brief explanation in a nutshell, if you actually want to know more, so also all the details are actually documented in our key book documentation.

While we’re on that topic, and one of the questions later down, because we can ignore some questions now because you’ve answered you answered that AUWT, but do you have any insight as well we’ve amtsol how the how we calculate the rewards there. That’s one of the questions that’s come up.

So, so for the rewards, so as I explained just now, so for every single so, I mean, staked by you guys or I mean from our partner project or projects or I mean from any investors. So it will be dedicated to the validators I mean, Savannah validators. So, we will be giving back that rewards back to you guys. So you will be putting the amount of rewards which are coming so back to the poop. So that’s the reason why you’re AMTSOL. So actually, I mean, the price actually increase again, so for every epoch, and the ratio, which we are doing the splits of the rewards, which is we only charge around 5% fee, on top of the rewards, which is not on the principal amount, but is on top of the rewards. So which will be the lowest fee against I mean, the liquidity so liquidity is taking protocols like marinade, which is charging 6%, and Lido, which is charging 10%.

And it’s all automated. The rewards, so, so cool. I just thought I’d cover that a bit of the question as well. I’m gonna move on to a question that’s been asked quite a lot. And I’ll probably answer it myself as well. So we do get quite a lot about what empowerment does NFT have? Will it increase the pledge APR, there’s going to be a few different NFT’s, obviously, we’ve got gold, silver, and bronze, they’re all going to have different rewards, we will release the information within the next couple of weeks, because we will do a big campaign about it. So don’t reveal too much. But what I can reveal is what we’ve kind of already said. So there will be big perks, and there will be incredibly valuable because they’ll have a utility. So those great perks could include, say staking bonus, AirDrop bonus vesting bonus, but I think the one that’s going to be the most valuable is policy discounts. So the NFT’s have a utility and they have a value, we just can’t and we’re gonna really we will release very, very shortly, something more set in stone, but that’s kind of what we can reveal reveal at this stage. But there’s a utility and they’ve all they will be valued. They will have value. I don’t know if any of you want to add anything there. Nope. Cool. So I’ll move on to the next question. Which is, will there be more of assets to buy covers in the future? I’m gonna sell that one as well. So yes, we’re working on that behind the scenes. It’s one of the conversations that Rupert, Jimmy and hackers have in on a daily basis, but they have to go through our own, we have to go through our own risk assessment, they have to register their interest as well. So we have to do things to we have to calculate the risk involved, we’d be, we wouldn’t be a very good cover protocol if we didn’t analyse the risk. And so we will, and they will be part of our marketing announcements there. So you will you will be aware of everything and what gets all the information that goes along with it will all get announced when it’s ready, and it’s live to be ready. But right now it is what you see on the men that are the ones that are available right now. This one, I’m going to go to you, Martin, you’re going to hate me for that. But it’s going to be asked Are we doing a full fledge Ambassador programme in the future? Before I let you answer that, I’m just going to give a bit of a background as to what some people may have seen. I’ve been working quite closely myself with some community members. And you will have noticed that too. In particular, I’ve got the very separate roles. That is away from the ambassador programme. These people like Ilya, for example, have worked incredibly hard translating our documentation and worked very, very closely with me. So they have different roles that isn’t part of the ambassador programme. They will get rewarded that incredibly valuable. In fact, also our winner of the infograph competition, they’re going to have something similar as well. So he’s you’ll notice actually from this a I may design, he did that for this as well. There’s an event I’m going to announce after this AMA, that is also be great for him. For some people. There are other roles that are out there as well. But the ambassador programme is now something everyone’s keen on. So Martin, could you give a bit of an insight and an update?

Yeah, for sure. First of all, just on the top what Rob mentioned, originally, we start bringing on board our community champions. And as you start seeing now, we start using our skills, what community champions bring to us start directing them in different parts of the business. This is basically what Rob mentioned about earlier. And, and one more one more user, just to make sure that we utilise the skills we make sure that those people can develop in our team as well in regard to ambassadorial role, we actually had a conversation with our Desaad yesterday discussing our approach to it. And yes, I can confirm that will be that will be on board. Currently, we are closing few of the gaps as we want to make sure that our our Ambassadors will be rewarded for it, then what we what are we building now it will be a process of making sure then our ambassador will have all of the tools to make sure that we are tracked the progress and and all of the people projects and, and policies bought by by the by the users from our ambassador programme, then yes, it will be on it is at the minute on the final stage of design, just to make sure that we have all of the tools ready to go to our ambassadors, all of the details will be posted on our social media and discord as well. And also we’ll make the hiring process open to everyone with clear details what we expect what the rewards will be. Just to make sure that everyone have equal opportunities to join, join our team, then hopefully, we’ll be able to give you a more details in the next two to three weeks. I think that’s it from me.

Awesome. Fantastic. I never got a question here that was asked, which is will the roadmap be updated? So our current roadmap is up to date until q1 of 2024? I need to update some of the emojis on it, which is a one minute job. And I’ll do that this week. So you know what’s been completed and what hasn’t. And then we’ll launch the next roadmap but come q2 of next year. Next one that we haven’t covered, and I’m not too sure about this. I don’t know if you’ve reviewed to have or maybe the question is just what is defiance capital situation now? Um, I don’t I don’t know much about this. So this one might have to be a skip question to each of you to have any idea what this one might be about? I’m guessing not. So we’ll go back to that.

I’m going to mark it with an amulet emoji. So you can say when on the AMA questions. Awesome. And the next question is, when will we launch? Well, we’ve already launched. So get on it, it’s app.amulet.org. All the functionalities are up and running. So get ready and stake for those big rewards. And then that especially we kind of briefly talked about the beginning. I know some people want to know a bit of an insight as to where we’re actually based. So the team itself, we actually all work remotely as a team. And we’re actually a lot of us are from different countries to where we live. So I’m British and live in Spain. Martin’s polish, but it’s in the UK I think it’s only half can actually have How can and Jimmy are the only ones that say Jimmy’s Canadian and lives in Canada and hakken is Norwegian and lives in Norway. But as a team, we were wild covered. Shane, you’re based in Singapore. And then obviously we’ve got Rupert who is from the UK, but He’s based in Portugal. And it all works very, very well. Together. We kind of cover all the times ends like that. So that’s why we’re always working. That’s question I’ll, I’ll answer as well is will there be assignments with Reddit and then it gives a bit of an insight as to why they think Reddit is important. So to give you an idea, we did have an assignment with regards to that initially, we had a Reddit page, read it removed our page read it won’t help me regenerate that page. So one of the The task that we do have is more about you guys trying to promote us on red itself. But our chests up again this week. But for about a month we’ve been struggling we did have an amulet fair to call it ourselves. But for some reason it got removed and they’re not being very helpful as to get it and they can’t redo it because if I am to be doing it, we can’t be called ambulate protocol. So it wouldn’t be beneficial to us for the official one. Other questions that are being asked. Okay, what went fantastic? Well, we didn’t really have a fantastic domain that there wasn’t really a an interval. So we don’t need to answer that people are asking about new funds, rounds of funding. We did our 6 million seed fund raise in February, March this year. There are plans there will be plans. But we’ve not got that set in stone yet either. So we can’t really answer that one yet. But we it will be coming and you’ll you guys will be the first to know about it. And I like the question says, Does the bear market prevent you from building your project? Absolutely not. We see it as a beneficial, beneficial that it’s a bear market. We’re building Rupert as part of his coin telegraph innovation, circle membership, we did an article about this together, which was about why the bear market is actually beneficial. So there’s a lot of VCs who have a lot of money out there, despite the market conditions.

To be fair, it probably also needs one of my in case you missed it tweet. So I’ll get that out this week as well, probably tomorrow. He said to me do it. But it talks about how there’s a lot of VCs with money out there at the moment. And everyone thinks because it’s a bear market that we’re kind of fucked. I know I shouldn’t use that word. But yeah, and we’re not. There are projects that don’t have the credibility that don’t have the stuff behind it to make that will fail with it. In fact, I have an ex colleague who moved to a web three jets and it died in the because of the UST depeg crisis. There are projects that will die during this time period, but we’re not one of them, we’ve got something with substance, we’ve got something quite unique as well for this protection protocols. So and the money is out there and they need to spend on projects with values. So right now we actually see building in a bear market a positive rather than a negative that it can be seen without delving too deep into it. We will share that article again with you more this week. Moving on to the next questions. Nf T’s are kind of covered. Can we transfer the NFT’s between wallets without that will be possible I assume it’s goingto be possible.

And no, we don’t we have some tasty changes in plans about at the minute we don’t have a fixed date, then we want to make sure then everyone from the community have enough time and chances to get our NFTs because as we mentioned, they will be very useful on our platform shortly then, nope. We don’t have a fixed date yet. But if anything will be it will be in the pipeline. As soon I will obviously let us know. let you guys know in advance.

My advice there is because there’s no set day is to just keep doing keep going on it every single day to doing the daily spins points are going to increase massively. Me and Martin will do more competitions so you can earn even more points and clap your hands on them. Because we do have a lot of them. There is obviously a limit. But we we have separate we are separated so we want you to be able to win them because we want more people to open them so far.

Cool. Some questions about the platform. We want to see if a blockchain is in your platform. Will the team be able to do this next year? Absolutely. We plan to be multi chain by q1 of next year. We still are finalised which that chain is yet we’re having those discussions with various chains and we want to make sure it’s right for you guys as well. But yeah, absolutely. We expect to achieve this next year and in fact in 12 months time, we want to be the biggest multi chain cover protocol that’s out there. I think in two weeks, we’ve already gone up to number 15. On that got into DeFillama might even be higher now. So yeah, for sure we have really high ambitions. If I’m correct, number 12. There you go soon, number one. Cool. And so how do you plan to deal with fraud when requesting coverage? After all, the initial plans call can be specially hacked by the owners themselves? Shin, do you have any insights into this?

I think I’m really asking is, if the rate is if Raydium’s owners themselves were to commit fraud, for example, they won’t be dead. Do we have anything to that? In in the background to cover that?

Right? So basically, I mean, you’re talking about like, so the protocol themselves, they are like doing something fishy. So are we going to cover that? So first of all, this we will be diving into our cover wordings? I mean, there will be a lot of details in that. But basically, I mean, we will basically I’ll be covering what we are covering currently is on the smart contract on abilities. But I mean, maybe like Joseph, our legal counsel will be the best person to answer that. But I mean, the clear exclusion, or one of the terms is a governance attack won’t be covered. So yeah, probably will answer that.

Awesome. The question about NFT cover, we’re still working out the fundamentals with regards to that. So when we do know, we will give more information. We’ve got to make sure we can actually cover it. But yeah, NF T cover is something we’re still looking at. And referral campaign is something that may reveal the whole team are working very hard on the whole team are basically working hard to launch they we are working out how we can do a great referral. And everyone’s involved on that

Awesome. Next question is with regards to the ammunition bounty and about whether other people use it? Well, we did renew someone, so we didn’t develop it ourselves. But one thing, the reason I’m going to tell you that is because of it, though, of that has been done by other communities previously, but none have had the rate that we’ve had. So we’ve actually been the fastest growing and the nation have absolutely smashed it. So that’s one of the that’s one of the huge benefits. So although it was something we wanted to do, even from the start, because we always knew the developers of this app. It’s we can’t licence it out because it’s not our their licence. But it’s a great idea, we would definitely encourage other people to use it. And we hope that we can continue, and always be the record breakers when it comes to how fast and how quickly the user, the user. To do. Okay, I’m not too sure I get this question. As we know, there is info that multi accounts are being created, what measures the project will undertake in this regard? I don’t know if anyone else understands that question a bit.

Maybe I can help you with that. As if I understand your question correctly. As I spoke with Zach about it, yes, we had a few accounts. Using trying to use the bots or being clever with with getting the points. This is why from time to time, wherever some of the accounts being blocked on the investigation, then our our developers, or people who work on amination are actually checking for all of those suspicious activities, then we have multiple ways of looking at it from both from certain icon behaviours, or points gathering or, or different ones, then every single case it is a manually check. And also I have a conversation with the users who saying then they are on the investigation process as well, just to make sure then we have a link between the user and the developers.

Cool. Thanks for that. A lot of the other questions, these ones we’ve answered, someone’s asking you about long term marketing plans. So I’m going to get announced that we are going to be doing loads of different stuff. So as you saw, we’ve already done things that are quite unique anyway, in sponsoring the two girls in the women’s series, racing last weekend. We are also doing that through J pool at the moment. There’s a couple of others that are doing it tomorrow. There’s going to be some cool articles coming out on coin telegraph about our platform and the rewards that come with staking now. So we have we have short term and long term goals. And that’s involved in basically every single piece of work that we’re doing at the moment. The other questions are I’m gonna, here we go this one I’m gonna gonna pass to you. My dad said, do simple users have the chance of becoming crew members think Do other people have chance to become community champions?

Yeah, yeah, for sure. The process has been explained before, what we try to do, we try and make sure that everyone have equal chances, at least to the, to the position of community champion, we’re choosing that and based on feedback from our moderator, our team and also from the community, for the for the community champion, just to make sure we have someone who actively actively supporting and help us to grow that community, then yes, everyone have an equal chance. Obviously, if if if you thinking then you can definitely help that community grow that community, let us know then we can then ask the community ask the team for for that and for the roles of moderators, or as we have CIS now that most likely we trying to choose first from our community champions because obviously they putting so much effort to to grow our community. And also for the future roles. We want to make sure we will open the job positions for the ambassadors for sure. But as I said, the best best way is to be active member of the community. And we’ll definitely contact those people, those people in for for the for the open positions.

A question here and I think you might be able to help answer with her as soon as asked is, will we be looking at adding USDC or usdt stacking and earning pools or the direct swap from USDC USDT to Solana or AUWT on the app itself? Is that something you’ve ever looked at or considered?
Shin – Amulet
So, basically, here the idea like two aspects first of all, whether we will be accepting like stable coins as a sticker assets, um, so actually we are considering that. So basically, as explained on empty so as well as the AWT perspective. So the whole thing actually makes amulet special and unique in this default insurance space is that we put the reinvestment arm as our fundamental. So that gives us a prerequisite of accepting USD C and USD T is that we found out the risks, I mean, risk free and stable you for reinvesting those USDC and USDT once we found it, we will be basically building up the hole to underwriting capacity as well as cover sales on top of that. But I mean, we are still working towards that we need to I mean, either do it in a sci fi way. I mean, talk to the I mean, other companies figure out the how we can rolled out that investment. And the other question is, whether you’ll be able to do the swap from stable coins a stable coin to auwt or amt? So yes, the answer is yes, we are working with the defy like or maybe Orca, or radium to setting up their trading pairs is in progress.

Cool. And some other questions? Just I’ve just skimmed, that says of wants to come back on you is when when, say if it risk taking for four years, will the insurer do they get the interest at the end of the term? Or do they receive interest every month?
Shin – Amulet
Someone’s asked that. So if you so the protocol has been running for three epochs, if you keep noticing the rewards. So basically, you you will be noticing the price actually change silently without I mean, anybody noticed him, but they they will be there’ll be an algorithm or I mean, there’ll be the patent behind it. So for AMT, so you notice like, right after every epoch, you’ll notice there’ll be a price jump AMTSOL, then AUWT towards AMT. So you will notice maybe like constantly, maybe like day by day, the exchange rate might be increased a little by little, because we are doing constant premium dispatch to all of the stickers. So yeah, they probably will be able to answer the question. Cool.

And another question here is, why did we introduce a minimum of 5 SOL to politicians participate on the main net?

The result of that is so basically I mean for, for people who wants to stake so five, so is more like a reasonable amount for you to deposit something without like, say sacrificing part of it as the guest. But we know like, as we saw also now, although it’s very low, but it will add up when you doing a lot of like these transactions.
